Itineraries

Day 1

Arrival in Rajkot / Ahmedabad – Transfer to Somnath

Arrival in Gujarat. Drive to Somnath (approx. 4–5 hrs). Evening darshan at Somnath Jyotirlinga overlooking the Arabian Sea. Attend evening aarti and light & sound show. Overnight in Somnath.

Day 2

Somnath – Dwarka (Nageshwar)

Morning darshan at Somnath. After breakfast, drive to Dwarka (approx. 4–5 hrs). Visit Nageshwar Jyotirlinga and Dwarkadhish Temple. Evening at Gomti Ghat. Overnight in Dwarka.

Day 3

Dwarka – Rajkot – Fly to Mumbai – Nashik

Drive to Rajkot/Ahmedabad airport. Flight to Mumbai. Continue by road to Nashik (4 hrs). Overnight stay in Nashik.

Day 4

Trimbakeshwar – Bhimashankar – Pune

Early morning darshan at Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga. After breakfast, drive to Bhimashankar (4–5 hrs). Darshan at Bhimashankar Temple nestled in Sahyadri hills. Continue to Pune for overnight stay.

Day 5

Pune – Aurangabad – Grishneshwar

Drive to Aurangabad (5 hrs). Visit Grishneshwar Jyotirlinga near Ellora Caves. Optional short visit to Ellora. Overnight stay in Aurangabad.

Day 6

Fly to Indore – Ujjain (Mahakaleshwar)

Morning transfer to airport. Flight to Indore. Drive to Ujjain (1 hr). Evening darshan at Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga. Overnight in Ujjain.

Day 7

Bhasma Aarti – Omkareshwar – Indore

Early morning Bhasma Aarti at Mahakaleshwar (pre-booked). After breakfast, drive to Omkareshwar (3 hrs). Darshan at island temple on Narmada River. Return to Indore. Overnight stay.

Day 8

Fly to Hyderabad – Srisailam (Mallikarjuna)

Morning flight to Hyderabad. Drive to Srisailam (5–6 hrs scenic ghat road). Evening darshan at Mallikarjuna Jyotirlinga. Overnight stay.

Day 9

Srisailam – Hyderabad – Fly to Madurai

Morning temple visit. Return drive to Hyderabad airport. Evening flight to Madurai. Overnight stay.

Day 10

Rameshwaram Jyotirlinga

Early drive to Rameshwaram (3 hrs). Ritual bath in 22 holy wells. Darshan at Ramanathaswamy Temple (Rameshwaram Jyotirlinga). Return to Madurai. Overnight stay.

Day 11

Fly to Varanasi

Morning flight to Varanasi (via Chennai/Hyderabad). Evening Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat. Overnight in Varanasi.

Day 12

Kashi Vishwanath Darshan

Morning darshan at Kashi Vishwanath Jyotirlinga. Visit Annapurna Temple & Kal Bhairav. Afternoon rest. Evening free for spiritual exploration. Overnight stay.

Day 13

Fly to Deoghar (Vaidyanath)

Flight/train to Deoghar (Jharkhand). Darshan at Vaidyanath Jyotirlinga. Evening rest. Overnight stay.

Day 14

Fly to Dehradun – Haridwar

Morning transfer to airport. Flight to Dehradun. Drive to Haridwar. Evening Ganga Aarti. Overnight stay.

Day 15

Haridwar – Guptkashi

Drive to Guptkashi (8–9 hrs). Scenic Himalayan journey via Rudraprayag. Overnight stay.

Day 16

Kedarnath Darshan

Early transfer to Sonprayag. Trek or helicopter to Kedarnath. Darshan at Kedarnath Jyotirlinga. Overnight stay near temple or return to Guptkashi (as per package).

Day 17

Return to Haridwar / Dehradun – Departure

Return drive. Tour concludes after completing all 12 Jyotirlingas.

Minimum 16–18 days are required if covering all temples comfortably without rushing. Shorter durations increase fatigue significantly.

October to March is ideal for most temples. However, Kedarnath is open only between May and October, so the full circuit is best done in May–June or September–October.

Yes, unless you opt for helicopter services. The trek is approximately 16–18 km one way from Gaurikund.
